How support works

Clear steps.
No unnecessary mystery.

From the first enquiry to review and referral, iMetaWellness uses a private, structured and proportionate process with clear complementary wellbeing boundaries.

Before you begin

What should you expect
from iMetaWellness?

You should expect respectful conversation, measured language and a clear explanation of scope. We will not promise a diagnosis, cure or predetermined outcome. We will ask enough to understand whether the service appears suitable and which next step may be useful.

Support may take place in person in London or online across the UK, depending on suitability and the programme. Before ongoing work begins, relevant arrangements around confidentiality, consent, communication, fees, cancellation and safeguarding are explained.

You remain involved in decisions about the direction and pace of the work. Where a need sits outside our scope, we may recommend a GP, NHS service or another appropriate professional.

The client journey

From enquiry
to practical integration.

The exact process may vary, but the structure below explains the usual sequence.

01

Enquiry

Send a short message explaining what you would like to change. Do not include highly sensitive medical information in the first email.

02

Suitability

We consider whether complementary wellbeing support is appropriate and arrange a private consultation when suitable.

03

Whole-picture review

The consultation explores pressure, sleep, recovery, routines, habits, emotional patterns and priorities without treating them as disconnected problems.

04

Personal plan

We agree a proportionate focus, practical actions and an appropriate programme or other next step.

05

Review and adjustment

We review what is changing, what remains difficult and whether the plan needs simplification, adjustment or referral.

06

Integration

The aim is to help useful change remain available under real pressure rather than depend on continuous support.

Clear answers

Practical questions
before the first conversation.

Can support be online?

Yes. Secure online support is available across the UK when appropriate for the person and programme.
