Profile

Strategy that fits
real life.

Vadzim works with people who understand that something needs to change but need a clearer route from intention to action. His role combines coaching questions, mentoring perspective and practical consulting, with the mode of work made explicit.

The focus may include personal routines, leadership transitions, priorities, accountability, digital boundaries, wellbeing technology or a wider change programme. The aim is not to impose a generic system, but to design one the client can understand, own and adapt.

Non-clinical role

Coaching, mentoring and consulting do not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions. Clinical concerns are directed to an appropriate GP, NHS or regulated professional.

Areas of work

Clear decisions.
Sustainable implementation.

Support connects personal context with the practical systems that shape behaviour.

01

Coaching

Structured reflection that helps clients clarify choices, assumptions and ownership.

02

Mentoring

Relevant perspective for founders, leaders and professionals navigating pressure or transition.

03

Change management

Priorities, stages, stakeholders, friction and evidence are organised into a workable plan.

04

Technology

Apps, wearables, AI and digital workflows are assessed for purpose, privacy and actual value.

Working sequence

From complexity
to a reviewable plan.

The work remains practical while protecting autonomy, privacy and appropriate professional boundaries.

01

Clarify

Define the decision, desired change and constraints without pretending the context is simple.

02

Design

Choose a small number of actions, conditions and support mechanisms.

03

Implement

Test the plan in the client’s actual work, home and technology environment.

04

Review

Use evidence to keep, remove or adapt each part of the system.

Responsible technology

Technology is used as a support for reflection, access or consistency—not as standalone diagnosis, surveillance or a substitute for human judgement.
