Safety, dignity
and clear action.
Our commitment to respectful support, responsible boundaries and appropriate escalation when someone may be at risk.
Our approach
iMetaWellness aims to provide a respectful environment in which concerns are taken seriously. Support is provided within defined wellbeing boundaries and is not a substitute for statutory, medical, psychiatric or emergency services.
Confidentiality and its limits
Information is treated confidentially. In limited circumstances, we may need to share relevant information when required by law or where there is a serious concern about the safety of a client, child or another person. Where appropriate and safe, we will explain this before taking action.
Referral and escalation
When a need falls outside our scope, we may recommend contact with a GP, regulated healthcare professional, NHS service, local safeguarding team or emergency service. We may decline or pause support when this is necessary for safety or professional boundaries.
Urgent support
For urgent medical help, contact NHS 111 or call 999. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. Samaritans provides confidential emotional support on 116 123.
Raising a concern
Safeguarding concerns relating to iMetaWellness may be sent to [email protected]. Please do not use email for emergencies.
