London consultationsiMetaWellness is a London-based complementary wellbeing and resilience service supporting adults in person by appointment and online across the UK.
iMetaWellness brings structured psychological, hypnotherapy, coaching, mentoring and lifestyle-change perspectives into one clearly bounded service. The purpose is to help a person understand current pressures, identify a workable priority and choose a proportionate next step.
We work with founders, executives, professionals and other adults navigating sustained pressure, disrupted recovery, sleep and routine difficulties, life transitions or a desire for more sustainable performance.
The service is complementary. It does not provide emergency care, prescribe medicines or replace assessment and treatment by a GP, NHS service or appropriately regulated mental-health professional.
