Organisational wellbeing that connects insight with practical action

A modular service for organisations seeking a responsible view of workplace pressure, recovery, cognitive load, team interaction and practical wellbeing support — delivered at the workplace where appropriate.

What the service is

iMetaWellness works with employers to design a proportionate programme around a defined organisational question. That may be understanding work-related stress, improving recovery after sustained pressure, supporting a team through change, or giving employees confidential access to individual wellbeing conversations. The work combines structured discovery, optional screening, facilitated learning and clear routes to appropriate support.

This is complementary organisational wellbeing support. It is not an occupational-health diagnosis, a medical examination, a fitness-for-work decision or a substitute for an employer’s legal duties. The UK Health and Safety Executive explains that employers must assess and manage work-related stress risks. Our role is to help turn that responsibility into a careful, human-centred programme while keeping professional boundaries visible.

Connected workplace services

What an organisation receives

01

A defined brief

Purpose, population, delivery setting, decision boundaries, success measures and responsibilities are agreed before data is collected.

02

Private participation

Employees receive plain-language information, a genuine choice and a confidential route for questions or withdrawal.

03

Useful learning

Leaders receive aggregated patterns and practical recommendations rather than individual health details or named scores.

04

Responsible routes

Concerns outside scope are directed towards occupational health, a GP, NHS services, emergency help or another suitable professional.

On-site delivery

Many elements can be delivered at the workplace, subject to a suitable private room, accessibility, hygiene, equipment, information security and an agreed response plan. Group learning can sit alongside private appointments, but individual information is not discussed with managers. Remote preparation and follow-up can be combined with an on-site day or a longer phased programme.

The employer should not present participation as compulsory, attach it to appraisal or use wellbeing outputs to make recruitment, promotion, disciplinary or redundancy decisions. Read our consent and privacy framework before choosing any screening element.

Evidence and boundaries

Every proposal identifies what is evidence-based, what is exploratory and what is outside scope. No wellbeing measure can explain a person or an organisation on its own.

Plan an organisational wellbeing conversation

Tell us what is happening, who the programme should support, the workplace setting and the decision you need to make. We will propose a proportionate first step and explain what should instead be handled by occupational health or clinical services.
