Practitioner's SignUp Kit for iMetaWellness

iMetaWellness (IMW) is a secure and innovative platform. It has been developed following the highest standards of EHR systems, data security and e-commerce marketplaces, and cutting-edge medical and other technologies and solutions have been integrated.

We aim to free practitioners from time-consuming tasks that can be quickly done by the IMW’s system so that medical personnel can focus their attention and care on the patients.

We provide the IMW platform, services and products at our cost; participating practitioners receive a share of the revenue from using the tools and products they introduced to their patients via the IMW platform. As a practitioner, you can start treating your existing patients using the IMW platform and tools and receive income from IMW and our partners. You can also refer your colleagues or clinic to us and earn a referral fee.

In the iMetaWellness Platform, we have three types of users:

1. Patient
2. Practitioner
3. Practitioner’s Assistant

1. Patient

Each patient is registered and verified, and each appointment is paid in advance. All appointments on the IMW platform are, of course, virtual. The IMW platform collects information provided by the patient and gathered from the body monitoring and testing tools offered by IMW. Patients registering with the IMW platform seek services from practitioners; the platform searches the practitioner database to match the patient’s search criteria.  

Patient searches may include

• the type of practitioner: psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, etc.
• Format of service: online, onsite, etc.
• Group/type of patient: adult, teen and adolescents, couples and families, parents and guardians, and business.
• Language of service: Currently, English is the primary language, but other languages could be added as a second option.
• Date and time of appointment: up to 2 months upfront.
• Patient situation: conflict & relationship management, adoption, etc.

Following the search, the system will provide the patient with a list of practitioners and services matching the search criteria.

The patient can see a practitioner’s photo, short and long bio details, services, and prices. 

After a patient has selected and paid for an appointment, the practitioner shall confirm it. Then, the patient will be asked to provide more personal information as well as to upload data on vital signs collected via backed by science, clinically proven and patented Remote Patient Vital Signs and Stress Control Mobile Application: 

• Heart Rate (bpm)
• Breathing Rate (bpm)
• HRV (ms)
• Mental Stress Index
• BMI (kg/m2)
• Waist to Height Ratio (cm/cm)
• Facial Skin Age
• Body Shape Index
• General Wellness Score 

In addition, the practitioner can send the patient a relevant self-assessment form and request that the patient provide specific data.

This data shall help the practitioner to make an initial assessment before meeting the patient.

After a virtual meeting, the practitioner shall provide a short-form Report and can refer to IMW’s products and technologies for further use by the patient. 

2. Practitioner

The practitioner’s account is all needed to manage the services he intends to provide a patient: schedule, duration, language, scope and price. 

Practitioners can confirm or cancel an appointment, conduct a video consultation with a patient via our proprietary videoconferencing tool, send and receive messages from the patient, submit to the patient his notes, refer different products and technologies to the patient, and view the patient’s data and measurements.

It is essential to highlight that as we provide many technologies and products that a practitioner can refer to a patient, we create conditions for proper long-term or extended necessary service, family service, and new services a practitioner can suggest to a patient. Therefore, it increases the practitioner’s revenue.

A library with videos and other valuable materials is also accessible.

And, yes, the practitioner can manage his orders and get paid for his services.

3. Practitioner’s Assistant

A practitioner can appoint an assistant(s) to help manage their schedule.

In resume, we expect a practitioner to do what he should and can do the best – provide best-in-class patient treatment, and the IMW platform will take care of the rest.
